I had an issue with my order that was beyond the company’s control but support from Emma in the team was amazing! She updated me every step of the way and made sure I knew what was happening. I felt really valued as a customer even though this was my first order. Will definitely buy again knowing that the Wool and the Gang staff are really proactive and kind .

My shopping experience was great!

Was conflicted by the products though. The Ra-Ra-Raffia was a bit of a mess to unravel and not super fun to work with. The skein is cute, but there's no starting end so I ended up making an unusable mess with it trying to unravel it.

The crazy sexy wool is fun to work with, very soft wool. However you have to handwash it and it does a lot of plush, I'm worried how long my sweater will last.

I will probably order again from the shop, but not the same products. I've seen other products with better reviews like the cashmere and the cotton. Will probably try those next!

Love the wool. New way of knitting and casting on so enjoyed the challenge. Just a shame about no needles, delayed the start of the project.

I contacted support because I wasn't able to apply a first time buyer discount code. Support immediately suggested I place the order, then send them the order number and they would provide a credit back to my card. Within minutes of providing that email, I received confirmation of the credit.

My grandchildren gave me a token for this company for Christmas. I had never come across them before so didn't know what to expect. Their choices of yarn were great although I wasn't too impressed with the patterns on offer (I'm of a much older age range than they would normally appeal to) However I found my own pattern and have been delighted with the yarn I ordered which arrived safely and speedily

Beautiful wool, lovely colours, good and easy knitting kits - would totally recommend and keep coming back myself on a regular basis. Even if something goes wrong (I received the wrong colour of wool in my shipment) they fix it promptly and friendly.

Just finished my Monet Vest! It was an easy and fun project. The instruction booklet was very helpful and detailed. The yarn is beautiful. My finished vest is perfect—love it!

Love this company. Patterns are easy to follow and videos helpful if you can’t remember how to do something. The wool is of lovely quality and I can’t wait to wear my jumper.

The customer service has been very good. They made a mistake shipping my order (sent the wrong pattern) but when I emailed them about it they were very quick to get me the correct pattern. The Tina tape yarn is also very pretty and feels like good quality. However, the sizing for the Love Thing sweater seems off. I got the kit for size 3 since I normally wear a size 10-12 US, but as I'm knitting it according to the given pattern it is coming out smaller than it looks in the photos. I made a gauge swatch at the start, and I've made sure to follow the instructions for size 3, but I've had to add an inch to the sleeves and four inches to the length of the body. When I followed the pattern, the body barely covered my breasts. I'm not finished with it yet, but I anticipate having to buy more yarn since I had to adjust the pattern. I'm 5'7" for reference. It would be nice if they included photos of people with larger bodies so we could see if there are differences in the fit.

This was the perfect first crochet project for me. It looks beautiful and handmade, and the quality of the yarn is amazing. I wear this daily and get compliments every time!

I had an excellent experience with Wool and the Gang. When I placed my order, the discount code did not work. I emailed support and they responded immediately, resolving the issue and honoring the discount. The wool arrived quickly and knitted up beautifully.

My order of 10 small balls of cotton yarn was unsuitable for shipping. I received all my ordered items, thank you, but when the package arrived, the box my yarn came in was badly damaged. The packing tape really didn't hold and the box was open when I received it, and the bag with my yarn inside wasn't securely nested inside the box it was shipped in. I am concerned there was a recept in my box I never received so my personal information is just floating around. While I understand yarn typically won't be too weighty to warrant more robust packing materials, it just didn't seem the packing was probably thought through.
